We follow the requirements of urbanism and the wishes of our clients. We take care of the technical documentation and professionally prepare all the required documents for the building permit. We perform all construction stages up to the conclusion of the project, including obtaining the operating permit.

With our professional and experienced staff, we provide the highest quality in all phases of the project, but with a low price and a fast implementation. After signing a contract, we set up a project team for ensuring optimal solutions. Clients can actively cooperate in the planning phase of the project. We provide constructions to a certain phase or a complete construction on a turn-key basis.

Within our investment engineering, we are mostly focusing on constructing residential and business projects. We have successfully completed numerous projects both for the open market and for known buyers. We are especially proud of these projects: TPC Mercator Novo mesto, Multy- apartment neighbourhood Dravlje in Ljubljana, Residential area Črna vas pri Ljubljani, Business- residential buildings Pavlinov hrib in Trebnje, and the residential area in Župnca.

We are currently preparing several projects for constructing new residential and business buildings in Ljubljana, Maribor and Novo mesto.
